Stage 2 - St. Andrew’s Manse Roof Replacement, Dawson Historical Complex National Historic Site

REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to complete the St. Andrew’s Manse Shingle Roof Replacement project at the Dawson Historical Complex National Historic Site of Canada in Dawson City, Yukon. St. Andrew’s Manse is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building and is currently used for staff housing. The work must be completed in a manner that protects the heritage character of the building and avoids irreversible damage to existing building components.
