REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to complete the St. Andrew’s Manse Shingle Roof Replacement project at the Dawson Historical Complex National Historic Site of Canada in Dawson City, Yukon. St. Andrew’s Manse is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building and is currently used for staff housing. The work must be completed in a manner that protects the heritage character of the building and avoids irreversible damage to existing building components. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing cedar shingles from the roof and dormer walls; replacing damaged underlayment, flashing, and roof sheathing as required; installing new cedar shingles to match the size and exposure of the existing shingles; installing new
