    Create your organization

    Sign up, set up your buyer profile, and get a branded portal page at tendering.ca/buyers/your-name that lists every open opportunity.

    Post a tender

    The creation wizard walks you through project details, dates, trades, document uploads, and contractor document requests (WCB, insurance, COR). Choose public, private, or invitational visibility.

  3. 3

    Manage the tender period

    Watch the plan taker list grow, answer questions in the Q&A, and issue addenda — plan takers are notified automatically and acknowledgements are tracked.

    Receive sealed bids

    Suppliers submit online. Bids sit in a sealed vault until closing — you see a count only, and the seal is enforced by the database clock, not policy. Late bids are impossible.

    Open, evaluate & award

    At closing, the vault opens: tabulation, compliance checklist, weighted scorecards, and submitted contractor documents. Issue the award notice and keep the contract on record.

    Attach your bid documents and requested compliance documents, acknowledge addenda, and submit. You get a timestamped receipt, and you can edit, withdraw, or resubmit until the closing moment.
