IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first stage (Stage one) of a two-stage competition: • the first stage - QUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER, will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; • the second stage (Stage two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
