REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR NEW 5 – 9 in W CALGARY ASPEN WOODS and NEW 7 – 9 in SE CALGARY MAHOGANY REQUIRED BY ALBERTA INFRASTRUCTURE

The intent of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to solicit Submissions, in accordance with the requirements described in this document, from Respondents interested in providing Design-Build Services for the Project herein described. As part of the 2025 School Capital Announcement, the Province is undertaking the procurement of Design-Build services for select schools. This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) relates to the delivery of the following Schools: • New 5 – 9 in W Calgary Aspen Woods • New 7 – 9 in SE Calgary Mahogany The Project is being procured as a single bundled Design-Build opportunity, under which the successful Proponent will be responsible for the design and construction of both school facilities under two separate contracts.
