As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List (PR26SLCO), you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – CX240115 – High Speed Refueling Center & Pipeline, 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to construct a new High Speed Refueling Center (HSRC), underground fuel delivery pipeline and extension of an existing pumphouse building at the Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) tank farm on site at 19 Wing Comox, BC. A site visit will be held on the following date and time and at the following location.  It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.
