This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Drumheller Institution, Drumheller Alberta. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide maintenance and repair of Drumheller Institution's elevating devices. Objectives: The Contractor must maintain the elevating devices. The contractor must maintain the elevating devices using all reasonable care to maintain the equipment in proper and safe working conditions using all reasonable care to maintain the equipment in proper and safe working conditions. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide maintenance and repair to the Elevating Devices. The Contractor must provide a maintenance Log associated with each piece of equipment, there is a maintenance log in every elevator, but the contractors must keep a maintenance log for their files. The Contractor must record details of maintenance and repair services in the maintenance logs in a manner to clearly show the Contractor's conformance to the Maintenance Services, and the applicable Codes and Standards, as described in the Safety Codes. This log may be used as proof of delivery should there be any discrepancies between services rendered and the service invoices. If in question of a repair being completed. The contractor can prove their work with their logs. The Contractor must adhere to the maintenance
