The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size. The work includes dewatering the lock, repairing deteriorated concrete surfaces on the upstream and downstream walls as well as the lock floor, and the complete demolition and reconstruction of the diffuser and sill of the vertical gate.
