Cape John, Nova Scotia - Breakwater Betterment SCOPE OF WORK Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Small Craft Harbours (SCH), requires the services of a qualified contractor to undertake breakwater improvement works at Cape John Harbour, Pictou County, Nova Scotia. The project involves the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
