The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to replace Bowden Institution’s existing air-cooled chiller. Background: The existing air-cooled chiller serving the Bowden Institution Administration Building has failed and is no longer operational. Replacement of this critical mechanical asset is required to restore cooling service, support continuity of administrative operations, and provide a reliable, long-term solution that reduces the risk of future operational disruptions and emergency repair costs.
